Warren Gardner received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1976, and a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School in 1981. He joined Christovich & Kearney in 1981. Mr. Gardner’s practice has included virtually all areas of civil litigation including commercial litigation, construction litigation, professional liability litigation, employment practices litigation, civil rights litigation, transportation litigation, insurance coverage litigation and all forms of casualty litigation. He is also a licensed title insurance agent.

Mr. Gardner has trial experience in the Federal and State Courts throughout Louisiana. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and all Louisiana Federal and State Courts. Mr. Gardner is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rated Lawyer.

Mr. Gardner is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and The Defense Research Institute.
