Mindy Brickman is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on defense of products liability actions, toxic torts, commercial litigation, premise liability, class actions, and healthcare litigation. She represents manufacturers of all types of consumer products including tires, building products, exercise equipment, pharmaceuticals, medical products and devices, and personal care/hygiene products.  

Mindy is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rated Lawyer. She has been named one of New Orleans CityBusiness magazine's Women of the Year, and one of the "Most Powerful and Influential Women" in New Orleans by the National Diversity Council. She is an active member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). Prior to entering private practice, Mindy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Max N. Tobias, Jr. of Orleans Parish Civil District Court. She received her J.D. for Tulane Law School and her B.A. from Princeton University.
