Christopher Alfieri grew up in New Mexico and attended Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1990. He obtained his law degree from Loyola University Law School in 1999, where he served on the Moot Court Board of Directors. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar the same year.

Mr. Alfieri is a dual-national of the United States and Italy and is fluent in the Italian language. He currently serves as Legale di Fiducia (general legal counsel) to the Italian General Consulate in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Alfieri joined Christovich & Kearney in 1999, and currently practices in the areas of general commercial defense litigation, class actions, products liability and transportation law. His work with the Italian Consulate engages him in a wide array of matters involving Italian nationals and corporations operating in the United States.
 
Mr. Alfieri serves on the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association’s New Orleans chapter, and he has chaired several committees on programs involving the federal judiciary and the New Orleans Public School system, including projects with Teach for America teachers and students.
