KEVIN R. TULLY   Partner

A native of Washington, D.C., Kevin Tully graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis 1982. Thereafter, he joined Christovich & Kearney where he practices in a wide-range of legal fields. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Louisiana, the United States Supreme Court, and is admitted to practice law in Texas, and before the Federal District Court, Southern District of Texas.

Mr. Tully represents corporate, insurance, and individual clients in a number of fields of law, including products liability; business litigation and real estate; professional malpractice, including claims asserting attorney and medical malpractice; environmental litigation, including CERCLA actions; insurance; maritime law; defamation and libel; and bankruptcy. Mr. Tully has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts, and has represented clients before various state disciplinary boards.
