Scarlett Holton joined Christovich & Kearney, LLP as an associate in 2026 after spending two summers as a law clerk with the firm. Her practice encompasses a broad range of civil defense litigation matters.

She earned her J.D. with a Certificate in Civil Law from Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane, she served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Program as Administrative Justice of Academic Affairs and Alumni Relations and competed on Tulane’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Scarlett and her teammate won the American Bar Association’s Regional Negotiation Competition. In recognition of her advocacy achievements, Scarlett was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.

Scarlett graduated magna cum laude from Furman University, where she earned degrees in French and Political Science and International Affairs. She received the David Wells Morgan Award for Excellence in French and participated in undergraduate research later published in Early Modern French Studies.
